The tiny body of a 4 year old girl has been identified finally. 

Arrested mother & boyfriend.

Such a heartbreaking story... and can you imagine being the person to discover that while walking your dog on a beach?  Yeesh... what a world we live in sometimes, huh?

I saw the story on the news, her name was Bella.  RIP darling baby.

I cannot understand why it took so long to identify this child. I can't believe no one in the family or the neighborhood realized she was gone. It was reported that the mother was telling people that social services took custody, but didn't anyone put 2 and 2 together when they saw the report that the body of a child was found.

I saw the mothers facebook page early this morning,some one posted it, one would never know  by it,something was wrong, pictures of that beautiful girl bella,at christmas, making pizza with mom, shoping , that baby was just beautiful.

Think of all of the wonderful couples who would have loved this dear baby and given her a wonderful family life.

The authorities were correct in the fact that Bela was local and not from far away.
