I think in many ways he is right on.  I like what he values, he knows when a person holds those values there will be those who try to throw up obstacles to achievement, and he urges you to hold to your values.  Sounds right to me.

 

 

I am currently reading Sisters in Law, a look at the lives of the first two female Supreme Court Justices.  For certain, they both adopted his Commandment #3!

True.  If you know this you won't be disappointed when it happens.

 

On the other hand, you may be surprised and delighted if expectations are exceeded.

 

I'd add one thing:  remember humility.
