problem with ordering

yesterday I tried to order some clearance items that had great prices. after trying all day to submit my order,the system would not allow me to complete my order. everything stopped working.

Today I notice that the items are at a higher price and are only on 5 easy payments instead of 6. I have worked in the retail industry and when you clearance product the idea is to get rid of it ,not put a higher price on the item after you have marked it down.

Maybe you should advertise products as "on sale" NOT on clearance.

just noticed after posting that my items were still in my cart and was able to complete my transaction
