I have been trying to enter the qvc/hsn contest.

I click on Enter, and it goes to a blank page.

Customer service didn't know there was a contest.

Then she told me that I had to allow pop ups to enter.

 Is anyone else having problems?

I just filled out the form & submitted it with no problems.. didn't get any pop-ups either. Try again....Good Luck!

I'm using Safari on my MacBook Pro and had no problem entering.

I just entered and it worked for me.  However, when they had their last contest, I couldn't enter.  Didn't matter what I did or tried.  Maybe clear your cookies, shut down computer and try again?  Good luck!
