preventing returning used items

Bloomingdales and other unnamed retailers are beginning the practice of using a tag that must be removed in order to wear a garment and then is impossible to reattach. This is being done to curtail the now common practice of returning used clothing for full refunds.Apparently it has become a common place thing for people to use items then return them.IMO - thank goodness stores are finally taking action against this practice since it is really the same as stealing.
