This looks like the outfit she had on the day she announced her illness. Although it was filmed outside, perhaps she also filmed inside for comparison & stills were taken  too.

@raspberrygal Thank you for posting that beautiful picture of the Princess of Wales.  Contrary to all the speculation, your picture was posted on Dad's Day,,,,,November 2023.  I love both of the pictures and am so very delighted to see her looking so well considering what she has been going through.................Prince William in a beard....prefer him clean shaven but they both look so happy and that is what is important.

The Princess of Wales joined a community support group for Dads called the “Dadvengers” on November 1, 2023. The princess met with the online fathers group in North London while promoting her ‘Shaping Us’ campaign.

Princess Catherine re-wears her favorite clothes and shoes many times.  It is a photo from last year and not part of the video made last week.  In the holiday photo she is wearing her wedding ring that her mother in law wore.  In the video she had the promise ring Prince William gave her when they were still in college.  It is a band with her birthstone and his birthstone on it.  She wears it quite a bit on her right hand when she is wearing her sapphire ring on her left.  

I agree I think she will be fine and will one day be the Queen of England.
