? on Ebay please..........HELP!

I ordered some BE 2 weeks ago. I kind of forgot about it since I didn't need it yet. When I went to contact seller to see what was going on, she had about 10 new negatives on people not receiving their BE and they had gotten a refund through paypal.

I just now emailed her asking what happened. Now I'm antsy and want to file a dispute with paypal instead of waiting for a reply. That isn't fair to seller, but I'm nervous.

The negatives said the seller wouldn't respond. There are very few positives in between the many negatives.

When I ordered from her, her feed back was great. I think something happened.

What would you do?
