I watch "The People's Court" and am surprised at the number of states that do not have No Fault. It means that if there is an accident your insurance pays and the other drivers insurance pays. There is no arguing, etc. If the police say the other driver is responsible(gets a ticket) then your ins. waives your deductible. Ther are exceptions, one of which is loss of life, but I am not sure. We live in Michigan. Any other states out there w/ no fault?
