need help getting here

I opened my laptop and up came another company--yahoo  I don't know what I did but I got on. It still goes back to yahoo.Trying to remember who I am with for this never ever happened.

@halfpint1,

My computer immediately takes me to Yahoo when I turn it on.   I simply go up to the open search bar, type in QVC.com, and it takes me to the home page.

Change your default browser in Windows 10
  • Select the Start  button, and then type Default apps.
  • In the search results, select Default apps.

  • Under Web browser, click the browser currently listed, YAHOO and then select Microsoft Edge or Chrome or Firefox or another browser you prefer.
