hi ladies, you are all so helpful and i need a pick me up or even a verbal slap ! i don't have a close relationship with dil. no phone calls won't answer emails etc. to find out what she's up to i cruise FB just to see what gks are doing etc. well yesterday she said both gks, 8 and 10, had incidents this week that really made them cry, went on to say how cruel people can be etc. my son is impossible to get ahold of and i know i can talk to gs on phone and try to piece things together. i just want to comfort them and say the usual things grandma's say. am i being too dramatic ? i will be seeing them over the holidays thanks to my son. i'm sure some of you remember my story. i'm trying to "accept the things i cannot change". by the way gd (10) won't speak to me on phone anymore. tia felinemom
