Also called CS. . .waited 20 min.  Got a person. . . call failed just after I explained situation.  Called back 35 min. . never a person ansered.  So here I am.

Like many of you, I am so close to leaving the Q

@SunnysMom

(this is my concern too with the 90-day return policy)

Anyway, I would post in "Customer Care" forum or email:

qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

The mods are great at following up quickly.

Why be so close to quitting QVC when you can just do it.

Perhaps some of the   employees   aren't even aware  of the 3 month return policy.,   I am ready to return a  few things myself and  have wondered   if this  will happen.     I hope they  straightened this out for you.

in regard to the 90-day return policy--they are back to 30 days. I heard one of the hosts mentioning it the other day.

@GoneButNotForgotten. But there are lots of things still under the 99 day return policy. Its last day was May 31 so depending on when something was purchased under the 90 day policy, people will have items covered by it til the end of August.

Was it indicated to you, why, the product was returned to you?

I ask because, generally, if you are returning cosmetics, the retailer usually doesn't want them shipped back. They'll usually tell you to keep them, and dispose of them, as you see fit.  They'll issue you a credit.

I'd think this would be especially true, with items like Josie's

that could become a mess, in shipment, and messy to handle, on receipt.

Had the items been opened and used, was there a problem with them? Even if QVC didn't need them returned, seems odd they wouldn't have just tossed them, not sent them back.

I would definitely contact the social team.

   ****Oops, I see they did say, it was re time frame***

The 30 day return policy went into effect again on June 1st I believe, so anything that was bought before that day still fell under the 90 day return period.
