luxating patella surgery

We have to take our little Yorkie in for this next Mon. We'll consult w/the surgeon in the morning, but she needs it done. She's 9 mos. old. So for the next 3 mos. I'll really be helping her each day with her daddy's help to get back to her normal way. I haven't been through this before and have read up on line about it.

If you've been through this and have any helping hints or knowlege you'd like to pass along, feel free. I trust the people on here to give good advice.
