~ liter box smell ~

I live in a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the bathroom, in the corner I have my cats' (2 of them) liter box - it's a covered one. It doesn't seem to matter what I do I cannot get rid totally of the smell. I use a good quality clumping liter, clean it out every day (sometimes 2x a day depending), dump and scrub the whole thing between 1-2 months, sprinkle Tidy Cat's powder on the liter and stir it in, and add more, and then spray the whole inside with I think it's called "No Odor" (not sure, but it comes in a white spray bottle with a blue "O" on the outside). Even with that I can still smell it as soon as one of them goes.

HELP!
