Yes, I have changed my opinions before. Although I'm sure some people wouldn't think so. : )

Yes , depending on the subject.

I think as I grow older, I am more open minded and try to listen and actually hear what people are saying.

Someone would have to have awful compelling info to show me to change my opinion as I usually look at both sides of an issue before actually forming one in the first place.  Even if I heavily ean one waya, I usually look at the other side just to be informed of the complete issue.

I'm sorry I can't read that blue at all. It is terribly hard on my eyes

Good morning, cherry--

It depends.  At work, absolutely I learn what I can from everyone's viewpoints and it makes my own work more nuanced.

On issues of value and ethics, I can be inflexible (or as I would put it, steadfast).

Not really; they would have to substantiate their opinions with some very valid points. I like to hear the views of others but I won't be swayed just because they stated it.

If they have some factual information I was not aware of, I could reassess my view based upon new input, but it would have to be something major.  Their attempts at verbal persuasion alone probably wouldn't suffice.
