the amount of posters complaining about the Q really revved up lately?
seems like every day i check in, and there is complaint after complaint about the Q? some of the complaints are thing that the Q has no control over. we have choices people.

Some people love to complain about everything and anything.
With new changes, QVC expects they cannot make everyone happy all of the time. Some will like the changes. Some will complain. It happens.
We see a small percentage of the feedback on these Forums. Confident the Call Centers are handling the majority of the good and bad comments.

It's the complaining about receiving a free mug that I found bizarre.

I'm recycling that tacky mug. No way do I want to see that! How about one free shipping per customer?

I had to laugh at the coffee cup incident - QVC couldn't win.
People who received them were offended and were throwing them away or recycling them and had suggestions for how Q should have shown their appreciation.
Then you had the people who were offended that they didn't receive a cup, and were no longer going to shop at the Q.
(full disclosure, I didn't receive a cup and am not offended.)

I didn't receive a mug nor did I expect one and I'm not offended or disappointed. Had I gotten one, I would have been surprised but not offended.
If you receive a gift, any gift, whether or not you want it, it's unacceptable and rude to tell the giver what you would have rather received. I have yet to read a post with a simple thank you Q for the mug.
