intellectual property

hihi --

anyone(s) amongst us know about intellectual property laws? it's my understanding that once something is posted here it belongs to the Q, et al. yes? no?

any way to prevent that in the first place or to reclaim one's words after posting?

what about blogs? does that vary by site? must one set up their own entire site, or would writing someplace like blogspot.com be enough to retain intellectual property rights?
