I signed up for this yesterday a.m. after receiving my code. It says today that I'm getting no mail, but I received 3 magazines. Is this only for certain mail or do I need to do something more?

NOPE!

"magazines" are not considered "mail."

@Mz iMac , thanks. That was one of the reasons I signed up, too. Seems my magazines don't always reach me.

@catter70   You can still tell if you go to their mail site.

Note that is says "mailpieces" & how many you received on any particular day.

@catter70   I forgot to add......

If you are not receiving your magazines and/or you are receiving them late complain rigiht on the site.  Go to Support>Missing Mail-The Basics.

It has happened to me.  In my case, I "suspected" a postal worker was taking my magazine & mailing to me at a later date.  I could tell my magazine was "used."  After I complained, no more problems.

My packages never show up on my Informed Delivery notifications. Just loose letters are shown. I know I have packages coming but they never show them.

@catter70   This service is extremely inaccurate and IMO pretty much a waste of time.  Yesterday it told me no packages and I got three from QVC.  On occasion it has told me I only had junk mail so I didn't even go to my rural style curbside mailbox only to discover a package had sat in it overnight.  Don't trust it.

@SilleeMee  That's your local PO fault/doing.

Mine scans the package lables.  I don't see the actual package, just the address lables of where /who the package came from.

@Mz iMac

If you saw my PO then you'd know why that's true...LOL!

@Mz iMac , that's where I looked and it says 0 pieces of mail. Guess, I'll just have to hope that it helps to some degree, though it doesn't seem like it was worth my while.
