I bought a card just before Christmas at Target. On Christmas Eve, while playing Santa, I saw the card, but thought it was something else, because I remembered putting it in a stocking. The next morning, no card in the stocking. I have been searching, off and on, since then, but no card. My question is, do I call Target and talk to the manager to see if the card can be cancelled so that a new card can be issued to me, is this possible and/or is there any recourse? It is either lost in my house or went out with the garbage accidentally.
