he i s an alcoholic, so it might be a blessing in the long run, but i'm in emotional shock right now. i went to a recommended lawyer. he told it would be 190 dollars an hour. i got the bill today and it was 530 dollars. he told me about his family life for 15 minutes, so i did not think he would charge me for that time. also, he charged an extra 130 dollars for his assistant that did some work. does anybody have experience with this and how the lawyers fees work. he said nothing about paying for the assistant's work. thank you in advance for your info.
