Amazon will call you. Click though the applicable Help menu or Need More Help Menu. Find your appropriate issue. You will be able to leave your phone # and they will call you back.

@goldensrbest This is Amazon's customer service number (real person.) (888) 280-4331
It's the number i've used whenever I had a problem and it was resolved without any issue.

I had to speak to someone just a few weeks ago because I got charged twice for a birthday gift card. The first time I was doing it online I had a problem midway through and had to start over. When my charge card came I got charged for the first unsuccessful time and the successful time.
On the Amazon website I kept fiddling around and finally came upon a way to talk to someone. If I remember correctly I choose having them call me and once I clicked on that my phone rang immediately, and I mean immediately, and it was a customer service person who got the extra charge credited back to my card.
Just came back to edit and say I see while I was typing someone already told you to do that!

Search for "call amazon customer service" and click on the contact Amazon that shows up. It'll look like the virtual assistant but the ability to reach them by phone is an option in smaller print. They call back pretty fast.

That is the number I have called in the past too with excellent results. Also, the call center is in the Philippines and if you take the time to ask how they are doing...it will be much appreciated. My heart goes out to them; no one works from home.

If you need to send an email send it to jeff@amazon.com. They have a team that responds to that email address. (Or did before Jeff Bezos gave up his leadership role.)

@Stevie Nix They WILL phone you back and they'll do it immediately. CS is very easy to work with, very helpful. Follow the instructions on their site, it does work.

I had a major fraud issue with Amazon about a year ago. Account was locked and numerous phone calls that "promised" my account was cleared led to nothing. It wasnt until I started that email paper trail outlining every call and what I was told that the issue was resolved. Hubs says when it's in writing, the issue has written evidence you tried to resolve it and got nowhere. I eventually closed out that account, but could only do that after it was resolved. I give them an F in customer service.

I've put off calling them and now I have so many issues to discuss, I need my own dedicated CS rep.
