~ how long it's taking to receive items ~

Have any of you noticed how long it's taking to receive orders that you've made on-line? I don't necessarily mean the Q - they're actually not too bad; but, it's other items. I've been waiting 4 weeks for 2 books; 3 weeks for a mineral piece I ordered for my son for Christmas, and all sorts of things.

I know it's the Christmas season, but this year things seem especially slow.
