I would bet that she was gently pushed out.... Many of the hosts that are "let go" return to sell vendor items!

For several days Mary has spoken about moving back to Nebraska because she needs to be with family now more than ever. MBR made a comment about Mary needing to deal with family issues.

unfortunately, what mary said is not as "fun" as speculating about other more dramatic exit reasons......or looking for "holes" in her story.

Isn't it odd that QVC hosts are never allowed to leave their jobs voluntarily?

Everyone has to be fired, let go, nudged out, shown the door.....

Must be the only job where this is the case.

Was she on in the middle of the night? I live in the eastern standard/daylight savings time part of the country and I don't think I ever saw Mary. However, I don't watch the Q very often.

@Foxxee Yes -- she constructed a huge wall bump-out project -- no small task either -- and showed a photo of it just two days ago.

Perhaps these projects upped the value of her home that would be sold or rented out by her and her husband! Projects of that nature would only be done in a owned home.

I'll miss Mary. She was truly a favorite of mine. I enjoyed watching her shows & liked the way she explained the item details, especially fashion.

I also will miss Mary. Loved her from the moment she was on QVC. Such a gentle soul and so kind. She also was my favorite of the five new hosts. Then after a while began to wonder where she was. Actually thought about calling QVC to ask about her. Realized a while ago she was on QVC2 which we don't get on our tv. Wishing her the best and much happiness.
