About Lacrosse?

I'm sure you are familiar with it, since you are a sports guy. It's like the opposite of hockey, but similar in many ways.

Both of our son's play, one plays attack, our other one is a defender and he's on the defensive line in football too, he's a big kid.

I've noticed that many of the boys on the teams play hockey as well and their talent is insane, they are strong, very fit and fast.

Have you seen any of the colligiate lacrosse on ESPNU, playoffs are happening right now? It's really fun to watch. We had 6 games (tournament) on Saturday and we come home and watch lacrosse on TV.

The sport is growing like crazy. We have to have 2 teams per grade just to keep up with demand. At the tournament on Saturday, there were almost 50 teams so about 1500 LAX players participating. It was really, really cool.

Does anyone else here have kids in lacrosse??? If so, what do you think?
