I don't usually pay much attention to what I wear around the house but when I'm out and about, thats a different story. I'm afraid of getting lost and not being seen.

Today I have a medical appointment so I'm wearing bright, neon pink capris and abright blue sweater. NO ONE will miss me if I get lost. I did the same thing with my son when he was little--he's 37 now so it's up to his wife to dress him (THAT'S A JOKE SO DON'T THROW ROCKS AT ME!!)

Like your thinking @GoneButNotForgotten .  I would blend into the woods and ditches around here since I wear lots of brown, khaki and black.   Great tip for keeping up with children and I think I did that too to an extent.

Early on, DH and I were in a museum, he was wearing a light blue đź‘” shirt, he is  6’ 4”.

After a bit, as we stood looking at a picture, my back started to hurt.  I reached over, hooked my arm around his neck, and leaned for a good bit.

Until I glanced over and noticed the tall man standing next to me wearing a blue shirt đź‘”, was not DH.  He was wearing a somewhat quizzical expression, and a slight smile.

Guess I should start dressing DH in Hot Pink.

Lesson learned - look before you lean!

@Drythe   Too funny!!

Oh, how many times have all of us turned to say something to somebody we are with and that person is either on the other side of us or not there at all.

I wore something noticeable and dressed my child in something bright too. Also took a complete change of clothes for both of us. I used to always be prepared, times have changed. I've never thought I'd get lost, except when I'm driving.
