Sometimes I go to the mall just to stroll around and have a beverage.  I might buy something or I might not.

I live in a very small community, and I wish we had a mall or somethinh besides the two Marts.

It's kind of a long trip to the nearest shopping center, so I really appreciate on line shopping.

The malls aren't what they used to be.  Lots of specialty stores closing.  Junky kiosks.  Clothes to attract the teens.  When the economy fell, the deterioration of the shopping malls began.  On-line shopping is now 'the thing'.

Fun to go to the Malls this time of year, all decorated and pretty.  And as it gets closer to Dec. 25, the sales.

Wish we had a downtown area with stores.  These days, our downtown consists of offices, a court house, and a big hotel.

I hardly ever go anymore. The clothes are mainly for thinner, younger women.  I don't need jewelry or knick knacks.  Just not much there anymore for me.  So I'm going to Starbuck then walking around to see holiday decor.  I've seen the indoors malls close in a couple of cities.

My hair salon is in a mall nearby, so I go there every 6 weeks at least, sometimes more often.  I don't always have a purpose but I look around and browse.  Sometimes I buy something, sometimes I don't.  I like seeing what's on display even if it's not something I would wear.

I still enjoy going to the malls.  In fact I prefer it over shopping at QVC or online.  The malls are nice where I live and don't appear to be short of business at all.  The deals are better than on QVC, plus I can look things over and try clothes on before I buy and the salespeople aren't annoying like many hosts are.

I too will go to the mall to see the Christmas decor and probably have a holiday flavored drink, but in general, I rarely go there. And when I do - usually to go to Penneys - it is almost empty.

Old habits die hard.  Even though I can't wear all of the make-up that I did when I was younger, I'll still cruise the cosmetic counters.  There are some decent restaurants in or around the mall, too.

I'm definitely plump (I like that wordSmiley Happy) and browse Chicos, Soft Surroundings and J Jill.  The sizing is fairly generous in those stores.

I like checking out Pottery Barn, too, even though I get the catalogs.

I rarely buy at the stores though because I prefer ordering online and using email offers and a rebate site.
