getting coupon codes to work fo you

I can never get the codes to work when I get them from places that profess to have them.  they show discounts people have received;  When I apply the same code nothig happens.  All my information is correct regrarding cost of original item etc.  Am I doing anything generally wrong?  getting these codes to work is particulary helpful this time of year..  Thanks

Sometimes you have to try several times, and other times I just call their 800 number to order, then you can be sure that the code worked, or that for some reason you are not eligible for the discount.

@gellen   Switch browsers and/or restart your device.  Make sure your browsers are up to date.

Re: getting coupon codes to work fo you

I'd call the CS # and maybe they can manually enter the discount.

This reminded me of when QVC twice sent me a $10 off post card.  Twice.  Tried to use it one time on line - no luck.

Called CS and was told - "you don't shop here enough to use that coupon"

Whaaaaat?  You sent it to me - twice! I didn't ask for it

One of the 5 reasons I don't shop at QVC.

Occasionally have the same problem. Search high and low for

them not to work.

Some are not valid to begin with or expire quickly.

@gellen

I signed on with Shoptagger after two of the most respected bloggers highly recommended this no cost to you service.

A price tag appears at the top of your task bar if there is a coupon you can use.  Just click on it.

There is also a way to click on an item and they will wartch it for you until the price drops.
