Yes that is more than sad. I will be shocked if they stay together when these prison sentences are completed....then again he just might really get deported...time will tell.

'Real Housewives' star Joe Giudice gets temporary reprieve in driver's license fraud case.

Joe was scheduled to lose his driver’s license on Friday for, “possessing a fraudulent license, but the sentencing has been postponed due to a medical issue with one of the attorneys involved.”

The report explains, “Giudice will lose his license for up to two years at the sentencing — Judge Adam E. Jacobs will determine the exact amount — and pay a fine under the state deal.”

The report adds, “He [Joe] has a storied history with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, including at least 47 suspensions since first obtaining his license in 1987, but his license is not currently suspended.”

According to the report, the formal sentencing will likely be rescheduled to next month.
