it is officially happy hour.....or actually past happy hour on the east coast.

i am having a tanqueray and tonic with extra limes tonight to begin my relaxing evening. i also have a snack......KNOTTY PRETZELS.....highly recommend. i got them on amazon. savory italian.

what are you all drinking.....alcoholic or non alcoholic.....for your friday evening? what are you snacking on?

i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend planned! we have a party to go to tomorrow night and a party to go to on sunday afternoon, so we are kind of busy.

If we are not going out, Friday is pizza night for us!

My drink of choice is Pepsi on ice!

I had a few fritos, and then we will eat some salad before the pizza.

It is rainy and cool tonight, so I am happy to stay in.  I am going to watch the Philadelphia Flower Show preview on TV, and then consider if I can get there this weekend or next.  Also the ballet Romeo and Juliet just opened, and I would like to see that as well.  FInally, husband will be skiing up in the Pocono mountains tomorrow with a few buddies since the snow is still holding out.

I hope everybody has something fun to do every once in a while!

My Lenten dinner of tuna noodle casserole ( gluten free) is in the oven.  My salad is made.

I am drinking my usual...unsweetened ice tea.

i don't eat anything after dinner, but my husband has a bowl of ice cream almost every night ...unless I baked something...I didn't.

Friday night must be pizza night.  Just ordered a pizza and time is an hour and 1/2.  We did just eat little bit of taco salad DH made today so at least we aren't real hungry waiting for our pizza.

I am drinking unsweet Gold Peak ice tea. @sunshine45   Tangeray with limes used to be my drink of choice too but now my stomach does not like it.  I never liked tonic tho, too bitter, I liked it with either gingerale or seven up.

We are going to have a good weekend.  We are meeting our first GreatGrandchild tomorrow at son's house.  She is 2 weeks old.  I think it will probably be a combo birthday dinner for DH too tho that was not mentioned, but is probably why GD picked that day to travel home.  Granddaughter lives 2 hours away.  Son could not go see her til now as he had shingles.  They are now resolved, so he is also meeting her for the first time.  It will be a very good day, although quite emotional I'm sure.

The week she was born son and DDIL took the week off to go down and see and help with new baby, but couldn't because he had shingles and can't be around pregnant women or babies.

I'm drinking French vanilla flavored coffee with creme brulee creamer. Watching Babylon 5 movies we ordered from Amazon.

I have a little while longer, before it's 5:00. I plan on having a Segrams Calypso Colada with my dinner tonight of Spicy Beef Fried rice and Crispy Honey Tempura Shrimp. 

I forgot to add what I will be watching. I will be watching several episodes of  9-1-1.
