I live in flip flops and sandals as soon as the weather is warm enough.

I have a million different kinds. I don't wear the cheap, rubber ones though.

me too, brii.

When we were kids we went barefoot all summer. If we had to put shoes on, they were either Keds type sneakers or sandals. My feet are just fine! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I wear my Hawaiian Locals when I water the garden because my feet tend to get wet. My chiropractor advised against wearing flipflops. I don't think little kids should wear them, I've seen more than one child take a header when running in flipflops.

As a child I always wore buster browns and spauldings for school. We got ked tennis shoes for summer we could pick red or blue. At home we wore zoris outside and tabis inside NO shoes in house ever.

Of course I wore the 25 cent rubber flip flops back in the days.... but now I want arch support and to take care of my feet and knees and back. I would never wear flip flops today.

my 73 year old mom wears flip flops quite a bit in and around the house. my 2 daughters used to wear flip flops and sandals in the dead of winter to dances at schools.....i would say the vast majority of younger girls wear them year round because they are comfortable and so that they can show off their pedicures.

Growing up, that's all we would wear during the summer except for a pair of pointy toed tennis which came from a bin at the supermarket. Or we went around in our bare feet. Then it was back into the oxfords when school rolled around.

Clark's flip flops are the only kind I can wear. Love them!

My siblings & I wore the cheap thongs from the dime store every summer during the 50s & early 60s. Not one of us has ever had foot problems.

I was a huge flip flop fan until this spring suddenly Achilles tendinitis hit me and now I wear orthaheel flip flops. They really help.

They're great for the beach! The ones I buy aren't ""flat"" and they are leather uppers. I can get them wet and not slip and slide around. That's the important thing to me!
