does anybody know how to reach ecclissi to get info on their warranty. I've tried to e-mail them with the address on their website, but they don't get back to me. I have also called the number, again, they don't respond. I have also talked to qvc customer service, and they only have the same address and number i have. I know erin mosely does ecclissi presentations, but I don.t know how to contact her. any suggestions, thanks

@willomenia They have a public Facebook page.  Don't know if you will have any luck there.  There is a place where it says you can initiate a chat.
