ebay sellers...shipping fee?

I've looked at the ebay site and can't find anything on fees. I know there is a final value fee. I thought they started charging a percentage of the shipping cost as a fee also. Is that still the case?

Anyone who knows...what percentage is the FVF and what percentage of shipping charge do they take?
