I recently sold NWT Levis Jeans, Size 8 on eBay. I inadvertently failed to state the type of leg on the jean. The person that bought the jeans sent me an e-mail saying that I misrepresented the jeans because I did not describe that the jeans had a "flared" leg. I try to describe my listings with as much detail as possible but forgot to mention the leg type on this listing.
I state in my listings that I do accept returns/refund the item. I do not want to jeopardize my 100% status and will accept a return on the jeans. I am wondering what other eBayers here do. Do you refund just the cost of the item or also the shipping to the person. I am not going to pay for this person to ship the jeans back to me. I do not feel that is my responsibility. I know I missed a leg description on the jeans but if this person was so dead-set against flares, he/she should have e-mailed me with a question about the type of leg.
Thanks for any responses.
Dee
