I can't find the thread where I answered you but no, I haven't heard from Deb and I am very, very concerned. I went back to see if she'd posted on her birthday thread and nothing new- I know the entire family was to go on vacation & then she was to see the oncologist again but that's all I know. I pray our friend is doing ok and can post with us again- I miss her, we'd gotten so close.. Let's keep praying for her and the family.. what a sweet lady she is..

Thanks, so much, Peachysue. I couldn't get back 'til now so I don't know what happened to the thread and didn't see your response. I was so in hopes you were in touch by email. I agree, debfla53's so sweet and has been doing everything possible to get stronger and beat this. As I've told you before, your kindness, support and guidance obviously have been a great help, a gift to her and to her family. Your husband, too. God bless you both for all you've done. I'm proud of my fellow Tennessee gal. I haven't seen you around lately, hope all is well with you. I think you forget what a valuable part of the community you are.

I've been praying for her today. I hope everyone else will do the same. Thanks, again, for taking the time to post this. You're a precious lady, Peachysue.

I was thinking I saw a prayer request thread somewhere in the forums but not sure. If anyone knows, I hope they'll direct us there since I'm not sure if starting a new thread here is the best idea? I'll keep looking and if I locate it I'll post a link here.

Yes, use it - it's there for anyone who wants prayers. I started it here on Viewpoints, and guess what? It got moved to Among Friends, and it stays there. Guess we can't offer prayers here, it seems. Used to, but not anymore. Sad.

It breaks my heart that Deb hasn't been around but heck who knows, maybe she did start chemo again & can't be here now. I know she's a fighter- you could just tell by her postings but doing so much aggressive radiation & chemo caught up with her- oh how I pray she started chemo again & didn't completely give up..

Thanks everyone for your kind words- I know she'll appreciate it too.. she has to get better to get those shoes on her birthday cake... Waving at Deb in case she reads this thread- it's ok if you don't feel like posting but please know we love you & are thinking of you!!!
