Nope. My family stopped exchanging gifts years ago. We all put $25 each into one big contribution to a different charity each year. Also never started the habit of exchanging with friends. So I don't charge any more at Christmas than the rest of the year.

I have one CC and I pay it off in full every month. Yes, I'm that lady who holds up the line because I have to write a check.

We try to always pay cash. We also try to know how much something is and if we can afford it. One day I waited for Hubbs to check out at the grocery and I was surprised at how many did not pay cash and used a card.

If we must use a card,we pay it in full when it comes.
