do you clean empty rooms?

I live alone, DH works in another state, in a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath house. Market makes it hard to sell. Anyway, the 2 small bedrooms are almost empty and the bath is. I mainly live in master bed/bath, family room and kitchen. Don't dust, vacuum those rooms often. Would you?
