Does anyone use one to help them lose weight? To track what you eat? Has it worked for you? KDKA TV news in Pittsburgh just did a story about them and it was very positive.

My kids use MyFitness Pal.   I use Lifesum.

I sync my phone to the app to keep track of my daily steps.

I liked Lifesum so much that I upgraded and bought it for a year.

@dex, for me, I found Lifesum easier to use.  I downloaded both and just found I liked Lifesum better.   I was having an issue with putting in my foods.  Lifesum was less steps.   I can scan the UPC codes and it goes right into my food diary.  I can create a "favorite" for the same meal.

My kids like My Fitness Pal.

They basically all do the same thing.  It's just finding one that's easy to

use so you'll use it.  Lol

@bri20

I never heard of the app so I went to their website.

It's very European...talking about kilograms & testimonies talking about being a 'lorry driver' (taxi) & 'lost (weight) after her scale showed a 3-digit number' (stone).   Does this app convert to pounds/ounces?  And have American foods?

@sidsmom, it has ounces and standard weights.  I've never seen anything about lorry driver or anything European.

It has all the American brands in the food diary.  It syncs to my phone to keep track of my daily steps.
