It it were UPs, customer service could track the package. I have had delayed packages, most don't ever arrive, but once, I forgot something was on the way, and when it arrived, I checked and it had been almost four weeks. I think I would still let customer service know, but you will probably be told to give it another week.

We had one that was very delayed, in fact I am not sure they ever found it. Ordered this one 2-day air and after 5 days I called and they could not find it. Sent another one overnight air. Got that one.

I just had that happen. A the truck missed the train and it was delayed for 4 days. I got it though without incident.
Call CS... they are able to even track my returns with their label. They have the record of where it is and know that it's over 2 weeks. They will send you out a new item.
