congrats to dan wheeler on his future move to michigan and his upcoming marriage! how wonderful it is to find love again!

he announced it on the golf course via a video on his FEARLESS FAITH ministry facebook page 2/2/23. he says in the thread that he is getting married to a girl he dated in high school. she lost her husband several years ago.

That's great - nice to see Dan happy. He's been living in Florida. I think he said he's returning to his hometown in Michigan. Pam must not have wanted to move.

I think he will have to change the photo at the top of his FB page, but maybe not.

Congratulations to Dan and his future wife!

I don't "know" him as well as some of the other hosts here, but I do remember years ago when he lost his wife and wrote such a beautiful tribute to her.

DH's mom died in her 50's shortly after we were married. His dad remarried a little over a year later. He met his second wife, who had been widowed 5 years, at a Parents Without Partners picnic. She was the mother-in-law I adored. She was the only grandmother DS remembers. (DD remembers my mom).

It was so great to see their later-in-life love story play out, and they were both so happy!

I'm very happy for him. It's nice when someone is fortunate to find love again. The person who gets "left behind" deserves to be happy, the significant other wouldn't wish for them to be lonely and unloved.
