I have received several emails from zullily stating that I have late payments.  They did provide a number to call, however, it was a recording which was no help.  I read that they were sold and no longer zulilly or something.  Does anyone know where or who I can call to get the bills straigthed out?

@QVCPhobe - the email could be a scam.  Did/do you have a Zulily credit card?  If you have ordered from them, what method of payment did you use?

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Definitely a scam.

Zulily no longer exists and liquidation is being handled by the Liquidation Agent.  Zulily is not sending out emails to former customers.

As noted, if you owe anyone money, it's the card company you used for purchases.   Call the card issuing bank, not a scammer pretending to be Zulily.

Seems like the scammers are probably looking for your card info.

ZULILY is out-of-business and in the hands of a liquidator.

Google ZULILY and you will find a web page with their current situation, and provides several contact phone numbers.    However, it says NOTHING about past due accounts.

@Desertdi. @They Call Me MR Wilkes .  If the OP had a Zulily CC.  It's probably not a scam.  She still owes what is due to them and should contact the issuing bank (Sychrony?).   She should be getting bills that show how much she owes and have knowledge of her own account.  She failed to include pertinent information in her post.

@QVCPhobe.    As usual, Google is your friend.

How do I find out my Zulily account?

Step 1: Visit the Zulily Master Card Find My User ID Page. Step 2: Enter your Account Number and Zip Code. Step 3: Hit on the "Continue" option. Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts and thus you will be able to recover your Zulily Account User ID.

If you used a credit card to make monthly payments on charges I would login to your credit card account for that credit card to see if you owe anything?

Did you use a QVC credit card or other credit card for your purchases? Used to you could use your QVC credit card but since they sold it that may have ended?

If you owe a credit card company money they should send you a bill unless you are set up on paperless statements. You should receive an email when your statement is ready to view so you can make payment.

I can say that I'm on paperless statements but they don't always send me an email when statement is ready. I have to remember who I owe so I can go get my balance to pay it? Amazon Chase card fails to send me an email that my statement is ready to view so I can set up for payment? Glad I caught it last night. Never paid a bill late in my life.

Absolutely DO NOT put any information into any website purporting to be Zulily.  No one works at or for Zulily any longer.

Zulily has no functionality or customer/account based information.   There is no "Zulily" site where you should enter information!  Don't do it!

I can imagine scammers now cloning the site making it seem to be active.

As others have said, the only legitimate recourse is to contact the card company used.

All remaining Zulily business (refunds, claims) is being controlled by its Liquidation Agent.
