Yesterday we were shopping for our new cell phones. Normally, I don't talk about this sort of thing, but...this is also the work ethic on this one.

Got all kinds of help at Sprint. Even have the fellow's card. Courteous, and came right up to us the minute we walked in. The place was busy. Ok, so then we had another store we needed to go to and AT & T was right next door. They too were busy. However, One guy not involved with anyone, didn't make eye contact even with where we stood. I saw him possibly in the role of a trainer of someone else there. As his possible trainee showed the customers out the door, he remained behind. Do you think he could walk over and say, someone will be with you in a moment? Nope, ignored us!! To bad too. He might have made a sale.

So if someone can't go that little distance, see ya bub. We turned and walked out. He had no customer with him.

Last job I had, we rose from our desks to customers who came in the door. That business is still going strong too.

There's all sorts of reasons I suppose, but that's how I saw it from where I stood.
