cancellations

Something from Northern Nights that I ordered and tried to cancel in one hour, can't. Not even can CS cancel it, yet something from Smashbox I ordered two days ago was able to cancel. This is why I usually use check order so I have time to think about it and have the ability to cancel in a day or so.
