Tried to track my order status and now it says "call customer service"
got 3 things out and can't track none of them ! This is on top of the wonky website. One by one the site is breaking down.

Just checked 4 of my items in order status...tracking everything...all okay.

Two orders that I placed around the beginning of this month, were marked as "Processing Your Order," for approximately a week.
On the day I was scheduled to receive the items, suddenly the order was marked, "Backorder."

Now, it's Ok ! I must be under a curse or something. LOL
while ago it says "mmmmmmmmm order can't be found call CS"
Now, it's up again.

I placed an order in APRIL-----YES----APRIl!! BACKORDER---then a few days later--PREPARING your order.--Same thing for 4 MONTHS!!....I called EVERONE!!
I chatted with EVERYONE! I E-MAILED EVERYONE. Same response"Sorry, we are working on it"-----------------FOUR MONTHS!!!!

Can't check items recently on air either. How can such a big company have such network problems? Especially on an day like this.

@RespectLife Same Here...Firefox on a desktop...Never seem to have problems ..Maybe its location or device thats being used. Don't know

Items on backorder are not charged to you unless they are shipped.
Just like wait list.
You CAN cancel backorders....and then forget about it!
