I have a Boscov's in my area and have ordered on line with them. I never had a problem.

I shop at Boscov's on line all the time. I mostly buy Alfred Dunner clothes or Easy spirit shoes. I wait for them to have sales and low shipping (Spend $25 or &49 for free shipping when they have sales.) I've been very satisfied.

I went to buy a pair of slacks once and wanted to try them on first, but the buttons popped first, then the zipper broke while in the dressing room!! I gave up after that and didn't trust the clothing items. It could have been a one off thing, but I have a habit of not giving things like that another chance. 🤔🤔

Boscov's reminds me a lot of the old Gertz/Sterns we had here in the NE. Great sales and never had a problem with finding merchandise in the stores or ordering online.
