Over 30+ years of ordering, today after many weeks and attempts to order online with my desktop, keeps giving me error that ooops something went wrong and call customer service. After 12+ prompts you finally get a live person that said they fixed it and did everything they said to do and tried again to order today and guess what? same thing happened! Yes, I have done everything and even QVC is stumpted why it won't let me order online. I do not want to call customer service everytime I want to order! thats why they have ONLINE ORDERING, too many prompts and too many glitches to order. Many of the products have gone down hill ....so sad to see this coming to a close for me I will always stay current in the forums though...thanks for the vent

@northiie57 It's not QVC or everyone would be having the same problem. It has to be your browser, or you need a new computer maybe?

@northiie57 - Perhaps cleaning your browing history would help. On a non-Apple computer hold down "Ctrl" and the letter "H" at the same time. There will be a screen based menu that will walk you through what to do. Maybe go to the day before you starting having the issues.

I wish it was that simple, I am tech savy and have done EVERTHING on my end, I have used the same browser and never had an issue, it is not the browser, I am always cleaning out files, etc. did many years in tech, so sorry done, even the QVC techs cannot figure it out

@northiie57 Which browser are you using? Sometimes the browser needs to be updated. You can try another browser and see how that works for you.

@northiie57 I had the same problem and called CS. They said the same thing, that they couldn't figure out what was wrong. What I did was just keep punching the button over and over and finally the item went through. It doesn't happen anymore but I was getting really irritated and was going to quit also. I have never had problems with HSN on line. I don't understand why QVC always has these kind of problems.

done everything possible to get this to work and that is why I am done

This has happened to me when i need to clear cookies on my laptop..After i do that no problems.

thanks ladies I have done all and more suggested and still no go ....again this is why I will not order...no matter how many times I have tried and my desktop is newer, always this error
