anyone know anything about bursitis?

I woke up the day after Christmas with pain;; difficulty raising my arms....I have had arthritis in my knees (one knee replacement) and , after reading a few articles, this sounds like bursitis....related to arthritis...I did overdo it over the holidays. I remember my grandma talking about this; I guess now that I'm the grandma it could be possible...?????
