anyone get the email that their clinique face wash is on the way?

i got this email, your clinique facial wash is on it's way. and i'm like " i didn't order that" and they put it on my Q card. As i look further, its costing me zero, with a zero ship, and I don't have a Q card. I see that it's in process, so i guess i'll see if it gets delivered.

anyone else getting free face wash?

@kittyloo Yes, I got the same notice.

I received something previously and was so surprised. They sent a sample size of a Clinique product. Enjoy it.

I already got it a couple weeks ago. Its a tiny 1oz sample size. Tried it, didn't especially like it, pitched it out. They must have gotten a boatload because now they say they're sending another.

I didn't receive anything either and I use Clinique.

Maybe because I don't have a Q card.

@kittylou .... Yes. I received the same email. I knew I was getting this sample free when l ordered a Clinique lip product. It said on the product page that l would be receiving it. I used a sample of the Clinique facial scrub one time in a set l received from Macy's. I really liked it. I've been using Clinique foundation for years and l love it. Covers so nice and my skin is so soft after...and I'm in my 70's! Thanks Mom for my nice skin!!

@kittyloo I got the email, too...but I received the facewash with my Clinique Purchase! So I tried to cancel it, but it said they "may not be able to, since it's coming from the manufacturer". My order status now says "trying to cancel"...so we'll see!
