Yorkville Endoscopy can't speak publicly about any specific patient due to privacy regulations but they have released a statement that their facility (an outpatient surgicenter) has never performed a vocal cord biopsy. That puts to rest the vocal cord biopsy issue, a surgery that is always done in a hospital under general anesthesia. And they have never used general anesthesia on any patient. So, the "they" that gave out all that false information yesterday; apparently just made it all up. The facility is limited in what it can say. We'll all have to wait for the results of the official investigations.

I'm sure there is a lot of mis-information and innuendo floating around, as is always the case when something like this happens. I will wait for the official results.
