Goes without saying, reading is a favorite, ongoing activity.

Have an instructional book on sketching faces.  I am a hopeless artist, really terrible, but find it relaxing to work with this book, in small bursts.  I will do more of that.

Still have plenty of films recorded from TCM's tribute to Oscar to work my way through.

Walking.  It's also a great stress-reliever.

I like the "Body Blade" short workouts on youtube.  When I got the body blade, was not sure I'd use it, but it's fun.  Thanks QVC!

@Oznell Maybe this will help with your sketching! 🌷

@Jordan2  it's nice to have some programs to look forward to.  there are a few PBS shows upcoming - but not until later in the spring.

@nana59  board games, yes.  i also used to love cribbage which is quick and fun.

haven't played cribbage since the 70's!

@nana59  dust off the board, find a deck of cards and you're in business.  i also enjoyed backgammon - but maybe too serious for the teenagers.

@alicedee  i'm with you on purging.

and also with praying.  i am taking a good Bible study course on line. it will be nice to spend more time on that.

i know that a lot of places are cutting back on volunteers due to risks now - which saddens me.  i read that at my neighborhood rescue mission where i drop off clothes and such.

Yes, so sad that my volunteer job has been suspended until further notice.

I worked for Tax Aide.  Don't know what the clients who had appointments from now until April 15, will do?

@ms traditional  "Disconnecting" from our electronic lives, playing board games, cooking or baking  competitions with family and or friends, are fun activities, to name a few. Last but not least--SELF PAMPERING😁. I have certainly been getting in a little retail therapy --online, and in stores.😉

@SandySparkles  yes the "disconnect" will probably do us good - and maybe we will all slow down.

and maybe i should go through all those recipes i have torn out of this and that magazine the last few years.  maybe i'll find something new and yummy to add to m..y repertoire.

@september  i read in the WSJ that  there is a possibility that the tax filing date may get pushed out (without penalties) to help out during this period.  maybe you'll be back on the job in plenty of time if that happens.

Ooh, @ms traditional  dining room chair-seat covering-- that is really fun, so many great possibilities.  It's a big decor "kick" for not a lot of time and effort!

@Oznell   re dining room chair seat cushion re-do -  perfect for my limited talents!  my mother could whip up summer slipcovers in nothing flat -  and i can barely hem.   i'd really like to learn how to reupholster!
