Goes without saying, reading is a favorite, ongoing activity.

Have an instructional book on sketching faces.  I am a hopeless artist, really terrible, but find it relaxing to work with this book, in small bursts.  I will do more of that.

Still have plenty of films recorded from TCM's tribute to Oscar to work my way through.

Walking.  It's also a great stress-reliever.

I like the "Body Blade" short workouts on youtube.  When I got the body blade, was not sure I'd use it, but it's fun.  Thanks QVC!

@Oznell Maybe this will help with your sketching! 🌷

I'm going to watch Amazing Stories ( this must be a reboot Steven Spielberg did this show previously), it's on Apple TV. I also want to see that show on Hulu with Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington ( I think it starts on March 16). I forgot what I was watching, there was a commercial for this, it looked good.

@Oznell  i need to do more walking.  i do use a stepper in inclement weather.

i have some fabrics stored away that i might look at to redo my dining room chair cushions for a little refresher of the room's look.  i think of you when i mention that - because they are of the sort that would fit into one of your English country cottages.  i noticed that Amazon also has an amazing assortment of fabrics available. it's fun just to browse!

Thanks.  We actually were planning on tackling these projects before the Coronavirus suggestions came along.  If the virus doesn't get us, aching muscles probably will.

@alicedee    The body blade is one of the items I grabbed out of my storage units before I moved into my short term rental. I feel I can get in a fairly good, quick workout using this.

my apartment complex has closed the exercise room.

I just added a few books I've had on my Kindle 'Wish List,' that I hoped would drop in price. I decided not to wait, considering our uncertain times Woman Frustrated.

I've also been gardening.  I have all my herbs in for the spring and I'm working on my flower garden.  Might stain the deck, too.

I had a feeling it was time for my hummingbirds to return, so I hung feeders yesterday and had the joy of watching one return today. I couldn't stop smiling.

So, I'm going to read, garden, exercise and meditate, while sharing words of wisdom with my rescue dog, who gets me more than just about anyone else. It's all good.

yes books and more books.  comforting to have a nice choice.

oh that's great about a hummingbird show up to make you smile.  they remind me of my mother who shared your passion. i collect hummingbird pins - and ornaments to remember her.

@ms traditional  "Disconnecting" from our electronic lives, playing board games, cooking or baking  competitions with family and or friends, are fun activities, to name a few. Last but not least--SELF PAMPERING😁. I have certainly been getting in a little retail therapy --online, and in stores.😉

@alicedee  i'm with you on purging.

and also with praying.  i am taking a good Bible study course on line. it will be nice to spend more time on that.

i know that a lot of places are cutting back on volunteers due to risks now - which saddens me.  i read that at my neighborhood rescue mission  web site where i drop off clothes and such.
