@Jinlei   good you can work from home -  the structure of it, the mental engagement of it helps maintain a feeling of normalcy and can take the mind to another place.

adult coloring books ( i have 2)  watching movies of course, clean closets, drawers and cabinets, floors, and all that. play solitaire even online. clear email and old things on pc. exercise. cook. Smiley Happy
